Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
Find quick answers about file review, test prints, production timing, and local delivery.
Start with an image print inquiry and send your file through the contact form or by email. We can then review resolution, crop, size, and paper options before production.
A test print is billed separately. It helps confirm how the image translates to the selected paper before a larger set is produced.
We review image resolution, crop, and file profile as part of the preflight check. We do not verify spelling, names, dates, legal wording, or other factual content beyond the agreed scope.
Production timing depends on file readiness, quantity, materials, and studio capacity. Typical production takes three to six business days once everything is confirmed.
We offer collection and local delivery within Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré. Delivery windows are arranged based on order details and availability.
